Without any doubts holidays that break routine of working days is a great time. Especially it concerns long Christmas-New Year holidays. Time before holidays when you occupied with your attires and a search of presents is also very nice. Separate care is a holiday’s meal. You are in great mood especially if you had 2-3 diet days before and enough money for all these holiday things. Your dress fits well on you and a bit loose. Your face is young and fresh, eyes are bright and your coiffure is perfect. Everything is ready for a feast.

But holidays with all fireworks and salutes are not forever. It is time to return to normal life and nutrition.

This article is for those who couldn’t resist the temptation and were over-diligent with holiday meal. Lets see what can be done in this situation.

Veg

At first don’t eat up what is remained of holiday delicacies. This food is already not for you. Try to manage with your appetite that is quit big after holidays using boiled vegetables, glass of kefir (yoghurt) or some curd. As soon as you want to eat take some of the above mentioned food but with small portions. Drink dog-rose tea after eating. It is very useful. The quantity of food intakes may be up to 5-6 times.

But if scales show stubbornly serious overweight than it would be better to have several fasting days. Unloading diet after holidays is very important for both healthy and unhealthy people. It can be various depending on state of health and your gastronomical attachments. Here bellow you find variants that suit to everybody.

Kefir

Kefir (yoghurt) day. This day we forget about all delicacies and get only not sweat kefir. After every 2-3 hours take a glass of kefir. During a day it will be 5-6 glasses. It is very useful for your stomach and will purge your bowels good.

Curd day. For those who don’t like kefir so much will suit curd. Don’t take curd completely deprived of fat but simply not fat. Divide it on 5-6 parts. Take to drink dog-rose or herbtea. It is very useful for a gall-bladder and biliary ducts. Eat nothing more this day.

apples

Apple day. Take 1.5kg (3.3lb) apples for a day. Divide this amount on 5-6 parts. Some apples you may eat fresh. From others you may do following dishes:

Salad: Grate 300gr (0.7lb) of apples on grater with big holes. Mix it with parsley and celery. Dress it with not fat yoghurt.

Apple sauce: Cut 300gr of apples and place them in a small pan. Add 4 table-spoons of water and put it on small fire. When apples will be cooked (it takes 10-15 minutes) knead them with pestle or do it in mixer. One may add a tiny bit of sugar.


One of these above is for a whole day.

Try to have 2-3 fasting days after holidays and you feel yourself good. That will help you return to normal life and nutrition.

In everyday life you may have fasting day once in a week. It would be very good for your health.
