At last long waited spring came. Summer is at hand now. The season of summer dresses and short skirts is coming.

Are you sitting the whole day in front of computer screen? Do you like to watch TV from your comfortable sofa with chips and soft drinks? You don’t remember when you last time went for a walk? If so result is lack of movement and therefore overweight.

Overweight and obesity became serious problem for developed countries. It provokes complex of diseases that worsen quality of life.

Do you really have overweight? We are not talking about top model forms. In real life they must refuse many things not to lose their prestigious work. Sometimes this even leads to nervous disorders.

You ideal weight depends on your personal properties. Using BMI calculation you can easily find it.

Obesity is result of metabolic slowing down or imbalance. We receive more energy (calories) than can burn. But it is only consequence. Main reasons that provoke obesity and overweight are:

· Irrational, unbalanced nutrition

· Lack of movement and physical activity

· Unequal reaction on stress situations

· Use of hormonal preparation

Is it possible a quick weight loss? Of course yes but not needed. There are several wonder-working methods of weight loss advertising through the media. They promise that your will get rid of tens of kilos/pounds in 1-2 months. Don’t trust. Believe me nobody can “get rid of overweight without any efforts” and “without any diets and exercises” too.

Following these systems’ recommendations you can lose some weight. But what is the price? Most of these wonder-working methods are harmful for you and can lead to lack of vitamins and provoke several diseases.

When you return to ordinary nutrition your weight will be back with the same speed as you lost it following “methods”. And it is good if you will not gain even more weight than you had before.

Rational and safe way to get rid of overweight is weight loss of 10-15% per month. Following this way you will not have recurring overweight and health problems.

Let me give you some advices that would be helpful if you want to be slim and healthy.

· Balanced nutrition or even diets approved by your dietitian and adjusted to your state of health.

· Physical activity. That may be walk, bike riding, refusal to take an elevator and so on.

· Special exercises that help you to make tight your skin and strengthen your muscles after weight loss

· Change your way of life, minimize your not healthy habits

Of course all this demands some efforts from you. But it is a real way to be good looking, healthy and cheerful.
