Reduce your appetite

Any diet isn’t a panacea against overweight. To get rid of overweight you must change your attitude to a meal. That also helps to secure achieved results. It is needed to choose the way of nutrition that will keep you from weight gaining and from other side not evoke a feeling of constant hunger.
Nevertheless if your appetite is too good you can reduce it.
- Rinse your mouth with mint water.
- Press acupuncture point between nose and upper lip for few minutes.
- Make standing 10-15 deep breathes (better out door).
- Drink fresh juices or mineral water before meal.
- An apple or other fruits may reduce your appetite.
Here are some recommendations you can easily follow that also reduce your appetite.
- Take contrast shower in the morning.
- Make food allowance. It is good if it is not higher than 1000 calories a day. Include vegetable carbohydrates.
- Include fish 2-3 times a week in your meal.
- Reduce coffee consumption (if you drink it a lot). Coffee slows down your metabolism and wet your appetite.
- Have fresh vegetable salads dressed with vegetable oil or not fat yoghurt.
- Eat vegetable soups.
- Have enough of vitamin C that contains in fresh and stewed vegetables (not less than 300gr/10oz a day).
Have your appetite under control.
