If you begin to get rid of overweight with flippant “from Monday” thoughts you will lose for sure. The first step that will lead you to victory over your weight is your desire to lose weight.

Threat of future diseases, advises or sometimes painful remarks of your friends and relatives will have no effect unless you have not your own desire to lose weight.

Motivation may vary. For some people it is wish to have family, to have a partner. For some people overweight became reason of loss of their lover or coolness in relationships. For some people overweight is the reason that they can not get prestigious position cause of unattractive appearance. Some feel health problems connected with overweight and scared of coming old age decided to act. For some to get rid of overweight means end to take countless medicines. Some people simply don’t like their reflection in the mirror.

Then how to begin? Let’s do this way. One evening sit down in your comfortable chair; turn on not bright light and quite nice music. Take your old photos when you were 16-20 years old and plunge into remembrances.

How slim, young and happy were you! You thought that it will be for ever… Dont you really want to feel it again? If yes, you are on the right way!

If not, you are not ready to start. Then your time didn’t come yet. But it is not the end of hope. Try to return to those thoughts again. When you visit clothing stores look at dresses that are 2-3 sizes less than yours. Imagine how you will look in them.

When you watch TV try to find somebody that looks like you. Agree that fat people lose in appearance. Watch other peoples walking through the streets. The same story isn’t it?

The more you think about overweight the closer you are to the final decision that overweight is not needed for you.

You will have “black” days on that way of course. You will have another desire. Desire to quit it all when you’ll see no results. No weight loss after whole week of diet!

I ask you never give up. Never happened that anybody not lost weight if there was strong desire to do it. Not lose weight only those that gave up and surrendered.

But even if so there is no problem too! You can try to continue or start again if you have will.

Believe me if your decision is firm success is inevitable. But remember that you gain overweight for years! One month or moreover one week is not enough to defeat overweight.

Quick weight loss is not rule but exception from the rule. You need make up your mind for long term program of weight loss. When you lose your first kilos/pounds you will feel self-reliance and joy. You did it! You will defeat overweight!

So the main and first in it is your desire. If your desire is not passing but firm success wait you.
