In your quest of perfection and beauty, in your way to weight loss it is very important to have strong incentive. In the beginning of your way to perfection it is necessary to feel something, to understand something in yourself, to see or to hear something.

And these things you have found begin to push you from inside, make you signs and advices. Suddenly you feel that the whole world turned over. You feel that from now everything will go other way. Everything will be beautiful and even magic. How fine this feeling is. How valuable and necessary it is in your way to perfection. This feeling helps and maintains you. Everything is easy with this feeling. You can move mountains!

But one day you understand that something is wrong, something left you. Something you haven’t already. The feeling of happiness and content with everything you do disappeared. Your incentive disappeared and your strength disappeared also with it. You want nothing. You are sick of everything. Everything seems silly and unnecessary. There are annoyance and irritation inside. You feel discontent with your close friends, relatives and with yourself. It is hard for you and for all around you. It is very unpleasant feeling. It is sad and frightful feeling. What to do? How to believe in yourself again? How to find again the strength and incentive that you had?

May be visit dress store and say to yourself – I want to put on this nice dress though the size of it is not suits me now. I want to wear it! Is it not an incentive?

May be open a magazine with slim beautiful bodies in it and say – I want to be slim and beautiful as they are! How about this incentive?

May be fall in love. Love makes miracles. People can make everything for love!

The right way to restore your incentive is to read weight loss successful stories and say to yourself – I can do it too!

It is up to you to find what can be your incentive.

May be the same moment somebody lost incentive and strength to succeed in weight loss, in quest of perfection. That is why I decided to write this article to maintain this person if he/she feels miserable. May be somebody is now at the crossroads and don’t know how to begin?

Let he/she begins with these simple things. Open the window. Look outside. It is spring now. Breathe fresh spring air. Feel sun and warm caressing wind on face. Is it not an incentive?
