Why not in the summer?

Fruits/berries fasting days are especially tasty and various. They are very effective for weight loss and absolutely safe. And summer is the best time for those fasting days. How many fruits and berries you have at hand in summer! How many variants you can invent according your taste! The way you must do it – have 1.5kg (3.3lb) of any fruits or berries and nothing more! Mineral water is without limit. Of course fruits must be not so “carb” as bananas are for example. About bananas we will talk a bit later here.
It is better to have fruits/berries fasting days when the weather hot is. These days lack of appetite is a common thing. So it will be easy for you to hold fasting day then. You will feel no discomfort or hunger.
And what about bananas? You may have fasting days using them also! You of course remember that banana is a rich of calories fruit. One banana of medium size has about 100 calories. 5-6 bananas will give you 500-600 calories. Is it not a fasting day? The main thing is – no other food except bananas and mineral water. Remember the rule? It is not important what you eat but how much.
Some people may like an ancient Indian receipt.
5-6 ripe bananas cut in blender. Add water with honey (1 glass on 2 bananas) and heat it but not boil!
During fasting day you drink only this cocktail and nothing more. This fasting day will be good for those who follow low carb diet. Low carb diet may provoke “bad mood” from time to time. You have 5-6 glasses of banana cocktail during fasting day. It will not add your excess weight but up your mood for sure.
In many diets you may find drinks from fruits and barriers. These drinks are very health-giving for your kidneys. It is well known that just kidneys suffer from medicaments and bad foodstuffs. You must maintain your kidneys using such excellent natural resources as cranberry, red whortleberry, strawberry and dog-rose. You can do tasty nice drinks from these berries.
Do you like strawberries? To eat them fresh is a real enjoyment. Be advised also that strawberries contribute to cholesterol normalization. It is a strong weapon against atherosclerosis. Have strawberries fasting days – 1.5kg (3.3lb) of strawberries and mineral water.
How much time you spend before computer screen? Bilberry fasting days will be very health-giving for your eyes. These fasting days must be done with fresh bilberries cause frozen or preserved bilberries lose a lot of their health-giving properties.
To keep your alimentary canal in good order you must have fresh apple juice in bilberries fasting days. In other days I recommend apricots, grated carrot dressed with olive oil and lemon juice and apples. This way your alimentary canal will be in good order.
