My weight loss secrets

I am very upset when I read about health problems resulted from wrong diets and about psychological problems of people following weight loss programs. The same feelings I have when I see articles such as “Two pills will solve your excess weight problems forever”.
In different weight loss articles you may read the main points how to grow thin. Here I want to share with you my own weight loss secrets that help me to follow weight loss program without “breaks”. I hope they will be useful for you too.
Now we begin.
Alarm clock rings. I hear it but don’t open the eyes. I lie some time pampering myself in the bed. The main point here is not to go too far cause I will gladly sleep again. After that I up my hands and feel how at first slow and then faster and faster the blood goes through the vessels. I down my hands and stretch left leg if it becomes longer a bit. Slowly return it back. Then it is turn of the right leg. At this time sleep vanishes in to the thin air. My whole body is awake. I get up and gently say myself – “It’s nice!”
I go to the kitchen and do our simple breakfast. I like this cares and it makes me smile. In the bathroom I wash my face with cool water look at my sleepy face and say myself - “It’s nice!” no matter like I reflection in the mirror today or not. Now it’s time to wake up others. After breakfast I see to the door my son and husband – one to the school the other to work.
Now it’s time to work myself. I am sitting a lot in front of computer screen during a day. Simple exercises help me in my sedentary life. I do my exercises every time when remember that it is time to do them or when my neck remind me about it. Usually it takes 5-10 minutes every hour.
Sometimes I get annoyed without reason and can not concentrate on work. Then I get a break in my work and turn away from the computer. I up my hands and bend myself from one side to another. I think about something except work and smile saying – “Everything is OK”. After some minutes I am again ready to work.
When I feel slight weariness or some discomfort it means that it’s time for a snack. Usually it happens at 11-11:30 am. At this time I get something not allowed by my weight loss regime but tasty. It can be a sandwich with cheese or sausage or a bun. I am sure that my brain activity will burn it completely without any harm to my body till lunch.
Again it’s time to work with “exercise breaks”. Exercises make blood goes faster and my brains work better. Lunch time for me is 2-2:30 pm. My main rule – If I have a small cutlet then I take a green salad (cucumber, tomato dressed with olive oil) for a garnish. For chicken or ham I choose cabbage or vegetable marrow. I eat without hurry and with pleasure complementing the cook (cause it is me) for dishes. “OK! It’s nice!” - I smile myself. Half an hour later a cup of tea will be good.
Before the end of working day I have a snack. But now it has strictly no carb foodstuffs. More often I have pair pieces of cheese, some not fat curd, yoghurt, apples or something like this. I make my exercises. Here stretching is good. Why my head can not band to this damned knee? I never can do it! Or may be I can? Today it seems that I did it better than yesterday. Yes, sure. – I smile and complement myself for having will and persistence to follow the chosen lifestyle.
