Maintain your health
It’s a roller or so it was named in sports shop. I bought it many years ago and till now it serves me good. Remember about beautiful divided on squares stomach from your youth in my article Way of life? The roller helps me to reach it. Every morning I do only 10 times roll up/down exercises. They are very useful to maintain your stomach in good order. I combine these exercises with others also dedicated to train back and stomach thews. There are many splendid abdominal crunches but this one differs from others with its simplicity and a very low price. I don’t even remember how much it costs cause the price was negligible and years passed.
I also highly recommend you horizontal bar. Even to hang on it is very useful for your spine. This simple exercise stretches it under your own weight preventing its compression and illness that may follow.

This one is very easy to install in every apartment and your horizontal bar will be always at hand. Experiment with exercises and choose those that suit you best.
I strongly advice you to take a contrast shower after morning exercises. Turn on such hot water as you only can bear and after that cold water. Do it three times. I completely awake myself only after such a shower. In winter whatever cold is outside I feel warm inside me after contrast show.
