How nice it sounds:

“Loose your weight in few days doing almost nothing and eating what you want and as often as you want.”

There are plenty such ads in the net. Easy solutions and easy answers attract. That’s for sure. But from my experience quick weight loss often end in quick weight gaining. If you really have a purpose to get rid of overweight why you must be in a hurry? Why it must be tomorrow and at once.

DisneySeveral years ago I was in Disney Land near Paris. There were very amazing attractions. And lines to them were quite long. But that was not obvious from the first glance. You can only see a part of it. Then line turns orthogonally and after a short distance again. The whole line was divided on short parts. That was very clever. It seemed that that the wait would be not long, that the start is close round the next corner.


Divide your way of wieght loss on short distances. Don’t be in a hurry. One day think over your daily eating to correct it. Try selected ones. See what results you have. Try some sort of exercises. Choose those that suit you best. Don’t hear advices that exercises are not needed for you. Think over your whole way of life. I am sure you will see amendments you need to bring in. Follow your way firm, without hurry. Listen to yourself. Your body is the best advisor. And don’t concentrate on this only problem. Life is so beautiful and varied.

Believe me success will be inevitable.
